Understanding your story changes the way you live your present.

At Mind and Presence, I offer different therapeutic spaces adapted to the life stage you are navigating.

My approach is integrative, warm, and respectful of your pace, creating a safe space to understand your experience, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself.

Individual Therapy

A space just for you.

I support individuals experiencing anxiety, perfectionism, emotional blocks, internal exhaustion, or life transitions. Many people arrive in therapy feeling they hold everything together externally while internally feeling confused, overwhelmed, or constantly alert.

In this process, we work on understanding your story, regulating your nervous system, and reshaping your relationship with yourself within a safe and supportive therapeutic bond.

Together we will:

Couples Therapy

A space to understand what is happening between you.

Couples therapy is not only for moments of crisis but also to strengthen connection, improve communication, and build emotional safety within the relationship.

I support couples navigating recurring conflicts, emotional distance, life transitions, or communication challenges, with the aim of fostering mutual understanding and more secure ways of relating.

Together we will:

Transition Processes

Changing countries, roles, or identities can be deeply impactful.

This space is designed for individuals experiencing migration, relocation, career transitions, or personal identity shifts. We work with migration grief, belonging, emotional adaptation, and identity integration in new contexts.

The goal is not only adaptation, but integration without losing yourself.

Together we will:

Group Therapy

A shared space where you don’t have to go through it alone.

Group therapy offers the opportunity to explore shared experiences, deepen self-understanding, and feel supported through connection with others. Being seen and heard in a group can foster validation, belonging, and new perspectives.

We focus on emotional regulation, interpersonal connection, and mutual support within a safe environment.
